Standard Services
Stay Clean Service - $35
This is the standard recurring service offered on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. This service includes basic floor cleaning (sweep, mop, vacuum), dusting furniture,emptying wastebaskets, vacuuming upholstered furniture, toilet and tub, general tidying and a wiped-down of all appropriate surfaces.
(90 minutes maximum)

Deep Clean Service - $120
This service is recommended as an initial service in order to maximize the effects of the Stay Clean Service and also for move ins/outs and yearly spring cleaning. The service includes an intensive scrubbing of bathrooms and kitchens including ovens, stove, refrigerators, dishwashers, toilets and bathtubs/showers. Vacuuming and dusting of all rooms including behind and under furninure; Cobweb removal and wipe-down baseboards and walls.
(5 hours maximum)
This service is recommended as an initial service in order to maximize the effects of the Stay Clean Service and also for move ins/outs and yearly spring cleaning. *Maximum times listed are based on an 1800 sq ft home. Any time beyond the maximum will be billed at the standard hourly rate ($25/hr). Time beyond the maximum will only be done upon homeowner's approval.

Additional Services
A la Carte Services
Other services are available and are billed at the standard hourly rate of $25/hr. Items could include such things as porch/patio cleanup, drawer/cabinet cleaning or other cleaning needs, just ask.
*A $15 trip charge is added to any day's work that totals less than $30. Al la Carte services are usually combined together or with other services to avoid this charge.
